Title: Fried Swiss Chard

2lbFresh Swiss Chard
6tbVegetable oil pinch of turmeric
3/4tsGround cummin
1/2tsGround coriander
1/2tsSalt
1/4cChopped peanuts

Wash and finely chop Swiss chard. Boil 1/4 cup water. Add chopped chard, cover, and cook about 6 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add turmeric, ground cumin, coriander and salt. Add chard and continue cooking and stirring, over medium-low heat, about 5 more minutes.

Stir in peanuts, and cook slowly for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. 4 - 6 servings
